The Good, the Bad & the Ugly People in your Success Journey

There are three kinds of people you will meet in your success journey. The GOOD, the BAD and the UGLY. When people think you are not serious they will all help you, but when they begin to see the dream and that you may succeed they begin to group into the 3 characters. This is driven by several reasons, one of which is that some people wish you to succeed but not to be better than them. Others do not want you to succeed because if you do you will put them under pressure to have to succeed and they are not ready. Others are just easily used by the devil because of his nature that is inside of them. So do not take this personally. But “…be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove..”

The GOOD are people of God who will support you in your success journey, especially in the early years when your resources are limited. They will help you in cash or kind or both. You must treasurer these people and appreciate them and do not drop them as you climb up the success ladder. Up the success ladder they will be people who will follow your money and fame and not you. These will leave you when another more famous and with more money comes. So know the GOOD people in your life, hold on to them and do not let them go. (unless they want to)

The BAD do not want you to embark on a road to success, they will tell you to stop what you are doing as it is not right. These people represent poverty spirits of sometimes your family or the country. They will blow hot and cold and when you succeed, they may be driven to succeed as well. So succeed and help them. When you have succeeded they will ask how you did it. Be nice to them because “…we fight not against flesh and blood…”

And the UGLY do not want you to succeed and will take steps (physical & spiritual) to try and block your success. These are mostly driven by envy, jealousy among other fruit of darkness. Note that these people are not strangers they are part of your family, friends and relatives circle. Strangers basically do not know you and what you are doing. These people do not wish you well and chances are they never will, you may do right to keep a big distance between you and them. These people if you make the mistake of keeping them too close, they will turn your employees against you. They will tell your customers how bad your service is. They will use every opportunity they get to sabotage you and your business. And when you grow big, they will be the ones feeding your haters with information about you. They will never congratulate you on your victories. These people do not hide what they are from you because the emotions they use are of the devil, envy, malice, hatred, etc. They will constantly show you who they are, the problem will be with you refusing to cut them off permanently.

Learn to study your networks, because they become part of your net worth. Keep the GOOD, cherish them. Loose the BAD and the UGLY. When you quickly loose the BAD and the UGLY new characters will be added to the GOOD, and you will find yourself surrounded by GOOD people. Success comes when you are surrounded by GOOD people who wish you well.

Living Single and Successfull

Living Successfully Single is feeling complete while pursuing your purpose as a single woman. As a single woman you can be either single and miserable, single and desperate or single and happy. The choice is all yours either way.

Everyone is born with an assignment on earth, both single and married people must find their assignment and do it. There is no-one who is born with an assignment to be married to somebody. Marriage is not part of anyone’s purpose on earth. The two that are married are one biblically but the woman has her own assignment and the man his own assignment. The two can help each other in doing their individual assignments within the limits of not infringing on their own ability to do their own assignment.

Single women sometimes find themselves too desperate to be married and neglect to look for their assignment and do it. To move from a state of misery or desperation to happiness, a single woman needs to find their purpose in life and pursue it for the glorification of the kingdom of heaven.

The process of finding purpose starts with finding completeness independent of the external environment that includes marital status. If as a single woman you are miserable when single you will also be miserable when married, and if you divorce you will still be miserable divorced. Finding happiness comes from feeling complete. Completeness comes from finding the nature of your assignment and starting to do it, while sorting out the Spirit, Mind, People and Money sides of your life.

The Spirit side you need to “…seek ye first the kingdom and his righteousness….” and wait for everything else to be “…added unto you…” When you find the kingdom you find your purpose, because you will feel your creator living inside of you, you will communicate and commune together, you will be informed of his plans for the world, his plans for you and his plans for all of humanity. You will be given revelation of the keys to the kingdom and in the bunch they will be a marriage key which you will have the free will to use or not. The keys to the kingdom are the laws of life, they are not hidden they are in blue print in the bible and many authors have written about them, for example; Napoleon Hill’s Keys to Success. It is the keys to success, or prosperity or abundance. https://amzn.to/3irxCEy

The Mind side you will need to clear your subconscious mind of all thoughts of lack, including the lack of marriage, and replace them with thoughts of abundance. The theory of divine alignment states that if you get into the right path of the purpose and plan God has for your life things such as marriage are not a problem to heaven. When you have that divine encounter with God your creator, his plan becomes your plan and you start to walk in purpose and all your needs will simply be added unto you just like it is written; “seek ye first the kingdom and his righteousness and everything will be added unto you”.

The Money will appear and start to chase you as soon as the works of your hands start to bear good fruit. When living in purpose, there is no poverty, either the common poverty caused by lack of money or any other kind.

The People around you and your purpose are independent variables. There are some people who will become a nuisance to your purpose pursuit and because you are single it is very easy to cut them off. Joel Osteen says “…show them the door…”. Do not attempt to change anyone to suit your purpose, instead let them go. You will realize that as you get into a new road, the people on the old road will not want to let you go and they will not assist you in your assignment. Take comfort in that you will meet new people in the new road. These people will be in pursuit of purpose just like you, and who knows your dream guy could be on that road. Keep the faith! Trust the process! Be in a space of whether he is there or not you are still getting on that road because you are complete in the creator’s purpose and plan for your life which you are now pursuing.

Success is Contagious

In the year 2017 three years ago I was part of a group of women in a Mentor-Mentoring program that was organised by an organisation called WILD (Women’s Institute for Leadership Development), in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Last week I was invited for an evaluation meeting of the program. This was a good day for me because I found myself surrounded by these newly successful women. The icing on the cake was that these successful women knew my name, and the icing on-top of the icing was that I knew them. These women have in three years become economic and political giants. There were Honorable members of parliament, Councillors in the city of Bulawayo, business women and young girls who had turned their lives around and became young leaders. Wow! I was encouraged as a success coach and and a women empowerment activist that it is possible to succeed.

In 2017 the women were paired with already successful mentors. I remember that back in 2017 that the conference room at Holiday inn was full of powerful inspirational women who were mentors. (I was one of the mentors, but when I looked around I just knew that I was there for mentoring). Everytime I meet a successful woman I just instinctively start to study them / follow them (thank God for social media). I do this for myself and for those that I have been called to coach/mentor.The mentoring I got from WILD was more practical than anything in that I met successful women and my mindset shifted. When I saw these successful women the lies in my subconscious mind of that I cannot succeed were deleted.

This first woman that caught my attention was the Executive Director and Founder of WILD. Samukeliso Khumalo. She is an inspirational woman who started a women empowerment organisation and has turned many women into leaders for real.  She has interacted with women leaders such as Graca Machel and Joyce Banda. Michelle Obama is one of her (s)heros.  I learnt a lesson of that if you want to be a leader follow the lives of leaders who have made it.

The June 2017 event was a buffet of successful women, I felt like a kid with 2 ice creams who doesn’t want either one to melt. There was  Honorable Pricilla Misihairabwi-Mushonga. What I admire about her is her willingness to happily mentor future women leaders. She is outspoken in a male dominated Zimbabwean parliament and has managed to stay in parliament for over a decade. There was also Eunice Dhlamini (my all time favourite mentor), she is a business woman who built a business empire MM Joyous Events at a time when other women in her position were murmuring about the Zimbabwean economic meltdown. That was in 2006-7 and to date Zimbabwe has not changed neither have the murmurers. What sets Eunice Dhlamini apart from other business women in Zimbabwe is that she is willing to help other women to succeed in their businesses and her humility.

In the 2017 meeting there were women like me who had big dreams. In the 2020 meeting these women’s big dreams had come true. (dreams do come true). There was Councillor for Ward 17, Sikhululekile Moyo, yes she is now a Councillor in the City of Bulawayo. When I looked at her I just said yes the word is true, “…all things are possible to them that believe..”. She is active on twitter, @skhumoyo2000, and in her ward during Covid-19 times helping people in her ward. She is dedicated to help other women to succeed. There was also Honorable Sichelesile Mahlangu, now Member of Parliament for Pumula. I mean these girls were a few years ago hustling, and they are now holding high political offices.

In the business front, I was given a widowed at 27 lady Viola Muchini to mentor, she is now a successful Hustlepreneur. During this 2020-Lock-down she is working from home, selling groceries, airtime, anything that people in the neighborhood want. She made this statement true  “when opportunity meets preparation, History is made”. The Lock-down found her hustle on and today she is smiling. There was also Happy Khumalo a business woman from Gwanda (eStezi) who now has a successful business in her village. She was happy. Everyone of the women in the 2020 meeting was happy and there was this sisterhood spirit on of everyone willing to uplift other women. I was happiest myself as I can confess that in 2017, I was hustling, still stuck in my day job not knowing whether to stay or leave until I was fired end of that year. In 2020 I am happily reporting that I am now an Entrepreneur in the hotel and catering industry, I am a Success Coach & Business Consultant, In 2018 I founded a women empowerment NGO, WG Foundation that helps women to start their own successful businesses.

The facilitator said what women need is political and economic empowerment. And  WILD has groomed politically and economically empowered women. I am proudly happy to have been part of their program.

How to Succeed by detoxing your Mind from Poverty

The high poverty levels of Africa are no secret. But the secret is the origins of that poverty. Or should I say the source of that poverty, or the cause of that poverty. The poverty of Africans and other poor peoples of the world lies in the gross mismanagement of their minds by a world system designed to widen the gap between the rich and the poor. The system is designed in such a way that the poor become poorer and the rich become richer. The poor people of this world make up 99% of the world population, while the rich make up 1% of the world population. The 1% area is spacious and the 99% is very crowded yet a few ever want to escape the crowded area. The only way of escaping the crowded area is winning the battlefield of the mind.

one percent rich

The battlefield of the mind is won through reading. There are a lot of lies that are planted in the mind of a poor person. These lies are planted from conception, when an African mother upon finding out that she is pregnant she will start cursing the child instead of speaking blessings. At birth the African mother is joined by her witch relatives who proceed to pile on curses on the new baby. African mothers raise their children with a mirage of curses, the poor child is called all sorts of bad names. The mother is extremely careless with her words, she has a terrible mismanaged mind that is conditioned to curse and not bless. This poor child is then dedicated in a poverty preaching church and is subsequently indoctrinated into a false doctrine of poverty, which is contrary to what the creator in the Bible says about that child. The creator says; be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth, …. you are more than a conquerer through Christ Jesus who loves you, ….the Lord delights in your prosperity.  The oppressive world system impresses that being rich is evil and that being poor is correct. This poor child is then enrolled into a school system that teaches poverty. The school system of the poor teaches that as a child you must get good grades then get a good job. A good job working for someone else. Who is that someone else that you must be working for? and why should you be working for him and not him working for you? The children who seek answers to such questions are called rebellious and are quickly whipped into line by punishment and threats of increased poverty if they fail to conform to the status quo of poverty.

I decided to go into entrepreneurship in 2015 when I was trying to understand why I was still not a millionaire after being employed for more than 10 years and earning a salary every month. I calculated my then $500usd salary by 12 months and I got $6000usd/ year then I divided that into $1000,000usd and I found that I will have to work 166 years to get to a million. So I spiritually quit my job and started a business, I was physically fired from my job 3 years later.

I started asking the question of why I was poor and why others were rich. The answer to that was that the contents of my mind were full of stuff that made me poor. I started feeding my mind with different food in order to change the contents. I started reading books, the first book I read was Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. This book made me drop out of a PHd in Development studies program (thank God for that). This book shows that Education is not related to wealth at all, but to poverty instead. I also noticed that the billionaires of our time are school drop outs; Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates and Jay-Z.

The second book I read was Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. This is the book I will say changed my mindset about who I was and what I needed to do to get to that million. Napoleon Hill studied rich people of his time. I started to study rich people of my time after reading Think and Grow Rich, and I discovered that they had all read Think and Grow Rich. Other than that I wanted to find out what was so different between them and me. I am still finding that out even today because learning never stops. The rich have a different mindset from the poor. They believe they can do it. They have a burning desire to succeed. They got this different mindset from reading. Warren Buffet reads two books a day. The poorest persons I know read zero books in their lifetime except school textbooks that they are forced to read to keep them poor. (if you are reading this and you are thinking I’m crazy you are one of them).

The third book I read was The Richest Man in Babylon. This book is about gold (money) and the rules of how you get it and how you treat it in order to keep it and grow it. I have since read 100’s of books including biographies of successful people. They all have one thing in common, that was once said by Strive Masiyiwa our very own Zimbabwean billionaire, “they are willing to pay the price“. The price of success is clear, its a set of rules/laws to be followed, the rich follow them and are rich and the poor refuse to follow them and they are poor.

The Bible in Joshua 1:8 says, “this book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shall meditate therein day and night, ……………..shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.“. The Bible is the first book I read before the desire for millions $$$.  The Bible has all the rules and regulations for success and now as I read these motivational books I am always sampling where that particular principle is in the Bible. But unfortunately most Christians are ignorant of the success principles that are in the Bible. The desire of our maker is for us; (to prosper, to be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth (not babies only), to be the heads and not the tails, to lead and not follow, to have dominion, to help the poor (and not be the poor). My people perish for lack of knowledge. Do not perish for lack of knowledge and the only way to do this biblically is to seek biblical truth as opposed to doctrinal truths and the truths of man. Man can only teach you within the limits of the contents of their minds. As far as hearing from God all now can hear from God (since calvary) through our helper the Holy Spirit who is available to all that seek him.

Once you succeed in replacing the lies with the truth, you will then freely succeed. Its a matter of removing the lies from your subconscious mind and impressing the truth into your subconscious mind. By the way do read The power of the Subconscious Mind it is a great book that will teach you to use your mind wisely.

The books I have recommended above are listed below you can get from Amazon (I am an Amazon associate);

How to find your gift and purpose in life

I was coaching a young lady who wants to start a business the other day. The coaching structure I use is I ask the person to write a vision letter and then draw up a vision board.  We then progress to purpose. As we progressed to purpose, the young lady got stuck. She just could not identify her purpose in life.

The truth is that we are all born with a gift(s). We use these gifts from birth in unique ways, that is why babies behave differently. We use these gifts throughout our lives to navigate through life. Gifts can be used for good or bad. And gifts are eternal which means they cannot be taken away from you. As a person on a success journey you have to learn to identify your gifts and redirect them strategically to benefit you in your success walk. The gifts we have are meant to help us with our purpose on this earth.

All human beings are seeds of God planted to come and do a specific purpose on earth. So you are not on this earth by accident but God brought you to this earth at such a time as this for a specific purpose and he armed you with  unique gifts to do that specific purpose. It is better that you find your gifts and purpose so that at the end of your life you will not go to the grave full. You must go empty having done all that you were sent to do, and your creator will be well pleased with you.

Dr. Myles Munroe who I think died empty and left a legacy suggests you answer the following questions to find your purpose;

  1. Who am I? (Identity)
  2. Where am I from? (Source)
  3. Why am I here? (Purpose)
  4. What can I do? (Potential)
  5. Where am I going? (Destiny)

It is important to identify who you are and not spend your whole life following the identity of others. You must understand your source and stay connected to that source. You were created in the image of God, so your source is love, so practise love always. Find out from your source what you were born to do and start doing it.  Identify your gifts and how you can fully use them to fulfill your purpose. Know where you are going and commit to that road. Dr Myles Munroe says “the cemetery is the richest place in the world”, with unsung songs. Sing your song loudly and to the fullest before dearly departing. The whole of creation is waiting for your manifestation. The world is waiting to see what is inside of you. Do not cage that hound dog inside of you, let it out. Next time you cannot sleep peacefully it is that dog inside that wants to come out.

This is an example of me describing my purpose; (Its work in progress)

My name is Nomalanga Ncube, I am an entrepreneur, I am the founder and Managing Director of Working Girl (Pvt) Limited a hotel and catering company. As an Entrepreneur I am learning a lot and as I learn I have a nagging urge to teach others. This comes from my spiritual gift of exhortation. It is this gift that has made me become a Success Coach and the founder of WG Foundation a women economic empowerment NGO.

I have two Whatsapp groups were I share daily success tips to some upcoming entrepreneurs. I have this blog where I write about success. I have a you tube channel Success Talk with Noma TV where I share success related videos. I have a Facebook page Success Talk with Noma where I share success tips daily. I coach people on success. I have started using my gift.

I always have a smile on my face when I am using my gift. When I am working in my business, I have a strong desire to succeed so that I help others behind me to succeed as well. I am always truly happy when I watch others get on the success journey and succeed.

Succeeding with Others: The Round Table

I am a success coach and I discuss success in 5 pillars, Spirit, Body, Mind, People & Money. Today I am discussing People. It is said that, behind every successful woman there is a tribe of other sisters cheering her own.

DSC_0092

One of my cheer-leading tribes is The Round Table. It is currently a group six ladies on a road to success. (From left Sandra, Joyce, me, Bheki, Florah, Sibo).

I met these ladies by design and answered prayer in my success walk, I believe that my steps are ordered by the Lord. I met Bheki first as she is my relative, but I only started paying attention to her when we were both on a road to success. We have been soaring alongside each other on the success trail. Bheki has a clothing & textile design company, Alvaroh (Private) Limited. She is very hard working and is always effortlessly willing to help others, me included. She is passionate about children and family matters. (Follow her on instagram @sibhekinkosi6, Facebook Sibhekinkosi Sigola). I met Sandra in church when we were single ladies searching for marriage in all of the wrong places, and we later on bumped into each other on the success trail. Sandra is a professional counselor and Entrepreneur, founder of Sandy Areka Investments (Pvt) Limited. She is highly gifted in the area of purpose among others, she is well read and full of wisdom, she has excellent natural leadership qualities that the world has been groaning for.  I “met” Florah when she joined The Round Table, (I have always known her from church but never “met” her). I can describe her as a trailblazer of a successful woman who is not apologetic about succeeding and breaking barriers, she is a pastor, founded and owns her own construction company Pendeza Interior Design and Project Management, etc. (Follow and like page on facebook – Pendeza Interior Design and Project Management). I met Joyce as Bheki’s friend and the two of them, Sandra and me organised a joyride in my new wheels. We met, went for our joyride, decided to grab a bite to eat and discussed our fabulous success journeys. We had so much fun we decided to make it a ritual and since then we meet every once a month, discuss varied success topics and cheer each other on, and discuss our fabulous lives (fantabulous lives). We were later joined by Florah and Sibo. My first impression of Joyce was!,  “what a great motivational speaker” because when she stood up and spoke at our first round table meeting, she blew me away. I was like I have not seen such, no not in Bulawayo. Joyce is a Gallup certified Strengths Coach, writer, etc. (Follow her on twitter and instagram @joycemutangara).  I met Sibo when she was facilitating a workshop on Vision Boards, organised by Sandra’s events company. She struck me as a sweet lady who is willing to give and give unconditionally. I later invited her to WG Foundation to train our academy girls on Vision and she did not disappoint, she came and freely gave her all and took on some young ladies to mentor and she has a made a lasting difference in the girls lives. She runs an blog called Inspirationbysibo.com and has recently launched an online magazine Sibo-Lifestyle magazine. She has written 4 books. (Follow her on twitter @sibohlabangana, instagram @sibohlabangana1).

The early years of my entrepreneurial journey were very lonely as I did not know anyone else on that journey, to my family, friends and relatives I had gone crazy to quit my “nice” office job at an NGO to go cook (WG Catering) and open my home to strangers (WG Guest Villas), they just did not get me. I remember I used to day-dream and pray to meet people on the same success road as me and of a similar mindset. God answered my prayers with the Round Table girls. They keep me on my toes because when I feel like slowing down I look up and they are running, I have no choice but to get up and soldier on. Inspiration does not always come from what people say, but more from what they do. Therefore surround yourself with other successful people that will inspire you to greater heights.

Profiling Successful women: The Story of Bheki

_DSC0117

My path and Bheki’s crossed in 2014. I used to have an office in town where I was employed. In my office I always attracted people who are down and out in Bulawayo looking for encouragement. In an earlier article I did write about discovering my gift of exhortation. So I used to have a lot of people coming to me for at the time seemed to be for no reason whatsoever but now I see they were drawn to my gift of exhortation. All the people that came I encouraged them to start a business make money and succeed even though I had no successful business of my own at the time.
Back to Bheki, she came and confessed that she was broke, unhappy and hated her life. That was 6 years ago, today Bheki is a successful woman. Join me as I crush on her success in the following 5 pillars of life; Spirit, Body, Mind, People and Money

Spiritually I admire her strength, she is very prayerful, she reads the word a lot she is an active member in her church who leads a cell group and the children’s ministry. She loves praying for the sick.

In her physically body she is well and fit, she exercises by working in her herb and vegetable garden. She drinks a lot of herbal concoctions from her massive herb garden, so for that reason i certify her healthy.

In the state of her mind, I have witnessed the transformation of her mindset from complaining and murmuring to being grateful for each moment of her life. She tells me she has achieved a positive mindset by appreciating that the world owes her nothing. She reads and listens to biographies of successful people such as Bruce Lee, etc;

In her People skills she seems happily married and in control of her own destiny, she tells me she achieved this by making a decision to change herself first and she started seeing a better version of her husband and children. She says she made a decision to clear herself of emotional baggage by making a decision to forgive all people who she thought had hurt her in the past. One of her favourite sayings is “Love is the mother of all emotions”

She and Money! She is the founder and Managing Director of Alvaroh (Private) Limited a clothing and textile company based in Bulawayo. The company has a manufacturing factory in the city and a neighborhood shop were they sell school uniforms and protective clothing. She tells me that the secret of the success of her business is that she is committed to excellence. She is hard working and has a teachable spirit. She is also always willing to help others in their businesses. She sows seeds of love and I think she will continue reaping for life.
There is the story of Bheki! Learn what you can and write your own story of success.

My success journey, my purpose

I am on an interesting journey, my success journey of discovering my purpose. My success journey focuses on four pillars; Spirit, Body, Mind, People and Money. I am learning daily to have balance in these 5 pillars in that order. I like to begin with the end in mind. So spiritually the goal for me as written in my vision board is to have a great relationship with God my creator, as a Christian I want to make Christianity work for me, I want to pray and my prayers get answered, I want to speak the word of God and feel heaven move to make what I have spoken happen. I want to experience oneness with Christ my creator, I want to learn to love God and all others. I want to know fully what God sent me to do on this earth and then do it and walk in divine alignment.

In my physical body, the end in mind is a long life in good health. My belief is prevention is better than cure. So I read a lot about how to stay healthy, and I practice some of the things I read. I drink water first thing in the morning, I have been doing this for over ten years so its no longer a struggle. I have fruits for breakfast as I read that you get the best out of fruits when you eat them in an empty stomach. I have been doing this for over ten years again. I am a vegetarian so I do not eat all meat, I wish to become a vegan, but for now I eat diary products. I walk 10,000 steps every morning (before lockdown). Currently I am struggling to get back to that routine even after lockdown laws have been relaxed in Bulawayo Zimbabwe where I currently reside.

In my mind the goal is to control what is deposited in my subconscious mind / my heart. I understand the power that comes with a well controlled mind, both conscious and subconscious. Through reading my mindset is slowly changing from lack to abundance. The following books have helped change my mindset; The Holy Bible, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, The Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clason, As a Man Thinketh by James Allen, The Power of the Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy. I regularly watch biographies of successful people, especially successful women, so that I can be inspired to succeed as well. (and success leaves a trail) I am learning that the more you read about other successful people the more you will learn what success is all about.
I am learning to love people as Jesus commanded us to “love one another”. I never used to care much about other people including family, friends and relatives. But now I am learning that we human beings are all one spirit. This revelation is teaching me to love everybody just as I love myself. This part of my life is a work in progress, I will talk about it more in the days, months or years as I am still a child in the field of Love.

My goal about Money is to have a lot of it. To be the richest woman in the world. My hotel and catering business is there so that I collect as much money as I can from the streets of this world, so that I can do all the things that I want to do that money can buy without restrictions. One of these things that I love doing is to teach other less fortunate women to become economically independent by starting their own successful businesses. This I have started doing in my community of Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and I am enjoying it to the fullest. Daily I find myself coaching women and girls on how to start and run their own successful businesses. I have a strong desire to succeed in my own business so that I can teach many other women in my city of Bulawayo and beyond to succeed as well.
This is me finding my purpose and I am enjoying the success journey.

How I discovered my purpose during Covid-19 lock-down

I am an entrepreneur in the Hotel and Catering Industry. During lock-down I was on lock-down 21 straight days with no human contact. So i started doing a lot of reading and as I read I began to get to know myself a little bit better. I had nobody but my God. I went down memory lane and started thinking about the things I used to do as a child and I remembered that I used to have a school in my rural home of Sipepa, Tsholotsho, Zimbabwe (Super School) when I was 9 years old where I used to teach my young sister and cousins. Although I do not remember what I used to teach them, but it was such a happy memory. I also remembered when I was studying my MBA at NUST I had this group of friends who I used to study with, and we were all struggling balancing adult education, work and family. I then decided to study how other people who have passed made it, I learnt that most adult learners who make it read and discuss in groups. So I started a study group in my office and we would meet and study. I remember encouraging them with scriptures from the Bible which we would chant in between, and we became so motivated and graduated with flying colours.

When I started my entrepreneurial success journey in 2015, my Super School reopened. I started preaching to my family friends and relatives to start their own businesses. In family and friends WhatsApp groups I started posting books to read, motivational quotes, etc. In family gatherings I started encouraging relatives to start their own businesses and to date some have started their businesses, my super school students Thobekile my young sister has a baking business, my cousin Phasiwe makes food covers. My cousin Bheki, being the most successful has a registered textile and design company. Although to some relatives and friends I have become an irritating nuisance.

This lock-down study of my journey and noticing what I seem to do effortlessly and enjoy has made me discover my spiritual gift of Exhortation. The gift of exhortation in simple terms is the gift of encouraging others to succeed using the word of God. And guess what I have been doing this all my life in different life situations that I have been in. I listened to Steve Harvey talking about gifts the other day. He said that your gift will open doors for you, he said his gift took him to the white house. So I am so encouraged about discovering my gift and I know its going to take me to places beyond my imagination.
Discovering my gift has lead me to understand my purpose better, that is, what I was born to do. I am an Entrepreneur in the hotel and catering industry. I am succeeding in my business so that I can teach / train/ encourage/ motivate others to start their own successful businesses. I am a Success Coach and a Motivational Speaker. I speak/ teach holistic success in these 5 pillars, Spirit, Body, Mind, People & Money.I love and enjoy what I do.

The good news is that I am on track, I have a women economic empowerment NGO/Charity called WG Foundation that I founded in 2017 where I have been training less fortunate women to start their own successful businesses. I fund this NGO from the profits of my business. I have a YouTube Channel Success Talk with Noma TV where interview other women on the road to success, I also post videos about my own success journey with the objective of encouraging other women to succeed. I have 2 WhatsAPP groups were I coach women on success. I have been slowly but surely finding my purpose in real baby steps.
